“Bus was clean and driver was friendly. Hot spring was great as expected. Rated it lower as both to/from we left late due to poor communication between office and bus driver meaning we all waited for others unnecessarily. Very minimal tour commentary provided during the trip. Otherwise, the bus driver was polite. For $150 I would had liked better organisation and more information provided during the trip. Bring a jumper as a/c was put on full blast which is not ideal after spa.”

“This is a great tour and the scenery is spectacular . One minor gripe. I know that picking up the group members from various hotels is part of the hassle. We were picked up at 7.10 am for a train that left freshwater at 8.50 am . There was much traffic and we made it with 5 mins to spare. Still it was 1 1/2 hours in the bus I found out later that this train actually departed Cairns station at 8.30 a.m. . Cairns station as about three blocks from where we were staying! It would have been easier to have walked to the station.”
