Southbank river cruise to Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary with included entry, wildlife shows, and 3 hours to explore.

“Easy to find the boat, boarding was swift, easy, and on time. Commentary interesting, refreshments available / crew were all very nice - even had sun block in case you forget to bring. Sanctuary is great - very well maintained - lots to see other than the wonderful koalas - kangaroos, birds, and lots of lizards just wandering around, plus many other Australian specialities. We had 3 hours there - I went back to boat after about 2.5 and had a glass of wine - then we headed back - excellent trip.”

A full-day Melbourne trip to Phillip Island with Moonlit Sanctuary wildlife, Nobbies seals, and the Penguin Parade at dusk.

“The zoo on this tour is just sad. It's like the joke about how visiting a zoo with only one animal, a dog. It's a Shitzu. They skipped two of the locations and neither Viator, nor the provider, would give a partial refund. The penguins are very cute. All in all, you would be better off skipping all Viator tours and renting a car. Viator is not there to support their members, just to collect fees.”

A fast 1-day Blue Mountains hit with Scenic World rides, Echo Point views, Sydney Zoo kangaroos and a koala photo, plus a harbour ferry.

“Today was a fantastic excursion, made even better by Chris, who was an exceptional tour guide. He was extremely knowledgeable about the Blue Mountains’ formations, Sydney’s development, and Australia’s history—including insights into the highways built by British settlers and former convicts receiving land. He communicated every step of the day clearly and thoughtfully tailored the experience to ensure everyone felt comfortable and included. I was especially grateful for the way he supported me on the scenic railway, sitting with me as I’m nervous about heights and rides—it truly meant a lot. Chris also shared great recommendations for other tours and clearly loves what he does, which really...”
