“Bus was clean and driver was friendly. Hot spring was great as expected. Rated it lower as both to/from we left late due to poor communication between office and bus driver meaning we all waited for others unnecessarily. Very minimal tour commentary provided during the trip. Otherwise, the bus driver was polite. For $150 I would had liked better organisation and more information provided during the trip. Bring a jumper as a/c was put on full blast which is not ideal after spa.”
