Adult bikes were way too big for an 8YO at 135cm. Tried to find a resolution, staff in the end didn’t care and walked away leaving us without a bike. Asked for a refund. Didn’t get it over a week later. Operator was Rottnest Express, I’d suggest using a different ferry operator and hire your bike from the hire store on the island who have much better quality bikes, much better service and seem to be cheaper.…”
